If you have any feedback for us we are happy to listen. You can talk to any of our team, we operate a culture of reflection so we welcome constructive input.
If however you would like to make a complaint, we have a procedure you can follow. A policy will be uploaded in due course. The policy will set out how all complaints will be handled.
In the first instance, if you wish to raise a concern or complaint we will ask you to speak directly with the appropriate member of staff. This could be your class teacher, a member of the admin team or the Principal. We would hope to be able to resolve all issues at this informal stage. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the outcome you can request a conversation with the Principal. If the initial discussion was with the Principal we suggest you write to them more formally. Any formal stage complaints that are not resolved will be referred to the Multi-Academy Trust Complaints Panel.
A complaint about the Principal should be made in writing to the Chair of Omnia Learning Trust for initial consideration.
